Akibatnya, tidak sedikit desain yang sebenarnya bisa dibuat lebih ringan dan hemat justru dicetak dengan penggunaan material berlebih. Dalam jangka panjang, hal ini berdampak langsung pada biaya produksi yang menjadi lebih tinggi dan margin keuntungan yang semakin kecil.<\/p><p>Masalah ini sering muncul karena desain dibuat tanpa memahami karakteristik 3D printing. Misalnya, membuat objek solid penuh tanpa mempertimbangkan infill, atau menggunakan ketebalan dinding yang berlebihan. Padahal, dalam banyak kasus, produk tetap bisa kuat dan fungsional meskipun menggunakan material yang lebih sedikit jika desainnya dioptimalkan dengan benar.<\/p><p>Salah satu cara paling efektif untuk menghemat material adalah dengan memanfaatkan pengaturan infill secara optimal.
